If you're OK with Solvent based I highly recommend ArmorSeal Rexthane. The best stuff you'll ever have down on a floor. If not that It's a one part high solid moisture cure urethane that can be tinted. To me this means, it's the only product I need to do a warehouse floor or garage.

Sherwin Williams Epoxy is awesome! Armor Seal 1000 is a very high quality product and I am very happy with the results. I used 4 The Rexthane (1K Moisture Cured) is very similar to our EnduraShield 2001 except the SW product is a lower solids than our EnduraShield 2001.
